By using realpeak.co, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide:

  • Real estate agent marketing funnels

  • Lead generation

  • Automated follow-up systems

  • CRM tools

  • Advertising services

We do not guarantee:

  • Income

  • Number of deals

  • Lead quality

  • Conversion rates

Results depend on:

  • Agent skill

  • Market conditions

  • Follow-up

  • Budget

2. No Earnings Guarantees

You understand that marketing and advertising involves risk.
We do not guarantee profits, commissions, or closings.

All examples shown are illustrative only.

3. Payments

All payments are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Billed in advance

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis if you are on a subscription.

Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Lead Delivery

We do not guarantee:

  • Lead volume

  • Lead accuracy

  • Lead intent

Leads are provided based on ad platform performance and user-submitted data.

5. Account Use

You may not:

  • Resell our software or leads

  • Reverse engineer systems

  • Share logins

  • Use our service for illegal or abusive purposes

Violation results in immediate termination.

6. Messaging Consent

You consent to receive:

  • SMS

  • Phone calls

  • Emails

  • Automated follow-ups

You may opt out at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost commissions

  • Missed deals

  • Advertising losses

  • CRM issues

  • Data loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 30 days.

8. Cancellation

This Agreement is for a fixed term as outlined in your service contract, order form, or invoice (the “Term”).

By enrolling in our services, you agree to remain responsible for all payments for the full Term, regardless of usage, results, or early termination.

You may not cancel, pause, or terminate this Agreement before the end of the Term for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Business closure

  • Financial hardship

  • Lead dissatisfaction

  • Marketing performance

  • Lack of usage

All payment obligations remain due and payable for the full Term.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Collections

  • Legal enforcement of the contract

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, paused services, or early termination.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Michigan.
